Custom Thermoforming: Maximum 48" x 96" sheet size and up to 1/4" thick, your material or ours, or your mold or ours.

RubberLine can custom extrude a wide range of materials from soft to hard.

We will also extrude your material to your specifications.

Custom Extrusion: Maximum 60" wide sheet size any length thickness range from 1/32" and up to 1/4" thick, your
material or ours. Stock cut sheet sizes of 4’ x 8’ are available or custom cut sheet or rolls in sizes up to 60" wide by
practically any length to accommodate your specifications for Thermoforming or to fit your particular application.
